Water & Chemicals
To ensure that every step of our process is improving, our suppliers are working together with machine and chemical companies to reduce the environmental impact of the full production cycle. Our ECO range is created using machinery that reduces water usage per garment in the washing process, and the EIM Jeanologia system enables us to measure and track the total environmental impact of the range. We are switching our chemicals to those produced by clean companies and our introduction of laser finish greatly reduces chemical use.
Recycling
By using pre-consumer waste in our production process (recycling offcuts into new thread) we're reducing what ends up in landfills. Our suppliers are a key part of the process and meet global standards and certification.
Cotton
As a brand we embarked on the journey to increase our usage of sustainably sourced cotton using improved standards and guidelines, not only for the environment, but also for worker well-being. We encourage our suppliers to sustainably source our cotton produced in Africa, to ensure that our brand is contributing to the industry on our continent sourced from smaller sustainable farms.
